dear!

Its not easy though but u must massage them with some cream having good nourishment elemnts for skin. Few lines i guide u;-

pick ur breasts from top, and slowly take it oputward, repeat for 10 times;
move ur hand clockwise and anti clockwise for 5 mins for each breast;

keep ur breats free from bra while running or walking;

always keep them with some fat-rich diet.
