Ingredients :
2 cups milk powder1 cup water 2 cups sugar1 cup cream1 teaspoon black currant essence ½ teaspoon GSM 1 teaspoon stabilizer ½ cup milk ¼ kg black grape juice(Boil the grapes in water for half an hour and blend it) Method

1. In a bowl, mix milkpowder and water.
2. And sugar, cream, and essence.
3. Dissolve gsm in 1/2 cup of milk, add the stabilser and stir in with the other ingredients in the bowl.
4. Refrigerate for two hours.
5. Then whip it twice and let it set.
6. This ice cream is as good as the one available in ice cream parlours.
